This schedule is to inform Salix when you expect to request your payment(s). You must submit your payment profile to Salix, using the Schedule 3 form, two months prior to funds being paid into your account by Salix. Please complete and return this Schedule within two weeks of signing your GOL to tell us if you would like an interim payment. If you want an interim payment, you must claim it by the date you have specified on this form and provide your evidence of need at the same time. All work must be completed by the 31st March 2023 and final payment requests must be submitted by 14th April 2023. You should use the Payment Request form (Schedule 5) when you request payments. Completing the Payment Schedule To complete your Payment Schedule, please select your application Internal ID and Submission ID from the Application dropdown and complete the fields that follow. Your ID’s can be found in the email you received with the Schedule 3 link as a #4-digit number and a 5-digit number and look like this: #5000 99999. Interim payments are optional; however, you must claim this by the date you have specified on this form. To schedule an interim payment, please add the date and value you wish to schedule this for and do the same for your final payment, ensuring the two values do not exceed your grant award. If you require just one payment upon project completion, please leave the interim payment boxes blank and only fill in the final payment value and date boxes. You can claim a final payment once the project has completed, you've received final invoices and your finalised HDP has been received by Salix. Requesting Payments You should only request payments in line with the dates you have provided in your Payment Schedule. The dates to confirm your payment profile with Salix, payment submission deadline and the expected payment date for each month has been outlined below. This is subject to change by Salix and all recipients will be informed of amendments to the schedule. Please familiarise yourself with the payment guidance, which outlines the process of successfully forecasting and subsequently claiming funds from BEIS. Salix must have received all required documents and evidence before payment can be made. Salix will also check if grant conditions have been fulfilled.
