Phase 3 LCSF Schedule 4 Monitoring Report





This Schedule is to inform Salix of clients' Phase 3 Public Sector Low Carbon Skills Fund project progress and provides the opportunity to highlight any risks to its completion, if appropriate.


The Schedule 4: Monitoring Report is to be submitted to Salix quarterly for the period covering up to 30th September 2022 and 31st December 2022.


The monitoring report is required to be submitted to Salix no later than:


– 7th October 2022 (interim report) to report on progress of LCSF grant up to 30th September 2022.

– 9th January 2023 (final report) to report on progress of LCSF grant up to 31st December 2022.


This information is shared with BEIS as part of Salix's management of the scheme.


A reminder that an approved Heat Decarbonisation Plan must be submitted to Salix by Friday 31st March 2023 and final payment requests with full evidence of need must be submitted by Friday 14th April 2023 at the latest, in line with the terms and conditions on the Grant Offer Letter.


To complete the form, clients should select their application's Internal ID and Submission ID from the Application dropdown then fill out the rest of the Payment Schedule. The Internal ID and Submission ID can be found in the email with the Schedule 4 link and is a 4-digit number followed by a 5-digit number that will appear in the drop down in the following format: #5000 99999 (Application).
